Xinde Marine Forum

The revised IMO GHG Strategy is ambitious. It is asking the shipping industry to reach net-zero GHG emissions by 2050, a commitment to alternative fuels by 2030, as well as indicative checkpoints along the way.

At Hostmost our commitment to our customers is simple – Safety, Integrity, Passion, Quality. To live up to this commitment, we need to stay well informed of technological advancements, identify our customers’ needs and offer them solutions.

Taylor Lawson, our Business Development Manager, embodies this commitment at the Xinde Marine Forum during Hong Kong Maritime Week. By partnering with companies such as Innospec Inc., and stalwarts such as Martin Chew and Josephine Goh, Hostmost offers a near-term, realistic solution with an immediate return.

By improving engine performance and efficiency with this class endorsed technology, we can work towards these ambitious targets together. These realistic, low cap-ex solutions must be implemented before the bigger challenges are tackled.
